We definitely found this with Willow Leasing where we mainly dealt with Scott Marshall, we found the process very simple and efficient. Knowing the car we wanted was a good start but there are always options that need to be considered and these were well explained to us. Once we had chosen the vehicle and colour, we were given a delivery date which proved pretty accurate. First time using this method of payment for a car talked me through everything and was always there to answer the phone and answer any queries I had. First deal fell through and he was back on the phone the next day trying to get me a better deal. Couldn't recommend more.

This has to be the simplest way to lease a car, whole process took a few emails and then hey presto a new car arrived on my drive. Great little company Willow Leasing is a fairly new company and to be honest there were a couple of rough edges to my transaction but these were quickly smoothed out by the guys I dealt with. I couldn't be happier with my new car and the support package that came with it, it arrived exactly when it was supposed to and it even had good quality complimentary mats all round. The price that I paid could not be beaten by anyone and believe me I did shop around quite a bit before settling with Willow, so, the acid test is would I use Willow Leasing again? You bet your life I would especially if they can come up with deals like the one I got on my Honda Civic Sport.

My first contact with Willow was when I submitted an enquiry on a deal via their website. Within 2 minutes of pressing the submit button, my phone was ringing. I think I actually answered "Bloody hell, that was quick". And that pretty much set the expectation for every interaction onwards. Pretty much every query I had answered within minutes.
In addition, every one of those interactions was was supported by a professional, courteous member of staff, who, for the most part Scott Marshall. It was at times as though he had my file permanently open on his desk or that I was his only customer. He knew exactly what was going on, hence the ability to respond to my queries without hesitation.
I suppose I should mention the car. I got a Volvo XC40 (cracking vehicle) at least £40 per month cheaper than I was able to get elsewhere. Deal was tailored to suit my needs with no fuss.
There was a small issue with the car when received. Willow did all they could to liaise with the supplier and get this resolved without inconvenience to myself. Great to see the excellent level of service provided throughout the sales process continued after delivery of the car.

I was initially introduced to vehicle leasing through a couple of work colleagues who have leased vehicles for a number of years. As this was my first experience to a vehicle lease scheme I initially approached with caution. I did however take some reassurance in approaching Willow leasing following discovering them on a reputable comparison website and noticing they scored strong on review websites.
I must say that from the start and throughout the process I did feel at ease when dealing with Willow Leasing... During the initial phone call to them I was assigned Scott Marshall as my leasing broker. Scott fully understood my requirements from the start and took me through the leasing process in a very informative and patient manner. After speaking with Scott I felt reassured that a vehicle lease scheme was right for me and Willow Leasing was the company to proceed with.
Leasing advantages - I found that I liked the benefits of a lease scheme due to the shorter term commitment over owning a vehicle. As well as getting that 'new car' feeling on a competitive deal the shorter term commitment suited me and my family as with two young children my current vehicle requirements are likely to change in the future.
During the quotation process all quotes were delivered promptly over email, giving me multiple options on vehicle specifications allowing me find an option suitable for my budget. I must note that despite the fast production and issue of quotes I did not feel pressured into the sale at any point. After consideration I proceeded with the order. Once again Scott was on hand to take me through the process and issue the necessary documentation.
Order and Covid - Once my order had been approved I did experience a delay in the issue of my vehicle however as these were exceptional circumstances (worldwide pandemic) seeing the closure of the vehicle manufacturers factory this was understandable. Again however I must salute the support I received via Willow Leasing. Throughout the wait period I was keep fully updated via Scott over email and telephone who even offered me alternative vehicle options.
Delivery - Following confirmation of a date which suited me delivery was made to my door without any issues. I am very happy with my vehicle and have since been contacted by Willow Leasing to check in that all is satisfactory.
Overall - I would certainly recommend Willow Leasing. A personal thankyou to Scott Marshall - I really think the whole process was given a personal touch by being allocated a leasing broker to deal with the process from start to finish. Despite delay to my order via understandable circumstances and through no fault of willow leasing, through regular communication and information I still feel I got that new car excitement.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. This is the first time I have used this company and was initially drawn to them by their reviews as well as the competitive lease price. Initial contact was easy, Scott was friendly and knowledgeable and he was also willing to be flexible about my existing lease end date. He kept me well informed throughout the process. Car availability was as promised, only a few weeks after the order , and the delivery date was easy to arrange. Paperwork was straightforward and responses to emails were almost instant. I did ring up as I wasn't sure about the change from 2020 to 2021 spec - Scott wasn't around but I was well looked after and there was no guessing or bluffing, they phoned Volvo to check and then phoned me straight back.
