After our sales team has guided you towards your perfect quote and car, the next few steps are simple and easy. If you scroll to the bottom of your quote, there should be a button to accept it.
This will take you to the proposal page where you need to fill in all of your details such as your name, your date of birth, your address and employment history to name a few things. Once this is completed, it is passed onto your sales consultant who will then send it to our supplier for a credit check. Find out more about finance checks on our guide pages.
The finance process can take up to 72 working hours to come back to us with a decision but once we have approval on your application, we can move on to ordering the vehicle. Your order is passed onto our sales support admin, Lachlan, who will send you a vehicle order form which you will need to sign as soon as possible.
Once this is signed, we can then order your lease vehicle. Lachlan will keep you updated every two weeks with an estimated time of arrival for your new vehicle so you can sit back and relax while your car makes its way to you.
When the car arrives in this country and has been through a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), the supplier will then offer us a delivery slot for you. You will need to complete any documents that have been sent to you from the funder before delivery confirmation and in some cases, your initial rental may need to be paid.
On the day of delivery, we cannot offer you a specific time of day for the car to be delivered but the delivery driver will give you a call about an hour before they arrive so that if you have popped out for anything, you have enough time to get home.
When the car arrives, we recommend you take your time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. We will send you a delivery checklist so that you know what to check for on the day. If there is anything you are not happy about like a scratch or something that is missing, make sure that the delivery driver writes this down on the delivery note.
If there is a problem with the car and it is not written down on the delivery note, we are limited in what we can do to resolve the issue. You will need to make sure you check everything before letting the driver leave. If you have any questions or concerns on the day of delivery, please contact us before letting the driver leave.
Now, all you need to do is enjoy your new lease car!
When your contract comes to an end, your car or van is simply collected, and you can lease your next vehicle. Around six months before the end of your contract, we will get in touch with you about leasing a new vehicle so we can arrange for the new one to arrive on the same day your old one is collected. Check out our guide on returning your lease vehicle which goes into more detail.
