Jamie Shepperson
Sales Manager
Jamie joined the team at the start of May 2026 as a sales manager for the company at Willow Leasing, bringing over 17 years of experience in the motor trade.
Starting his career at just 19, he has built extensive knowledge across both sales and management roles, working with a range of leading brands including Nissan, Renault, Dacia, Audi and, most notably, spending 11 years with Volkswagen.
Customer service is at the core of Jamie’s approach. He is passionate about delivering a straightforward, transparent experience and helping customers find the right vehicle solution with confidence.
Jamie began his career working with David at the age of 19, and it’s a full-circle moment for him to have rejoined David 17 years later at Willow Leasing.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. He spends much of his time with his dogs and supporting his wife with her horses. He is also a regular at the gym, often starting his day with a workout, and stays fit through hiking and mountain biking.
Jamie’s dream car is a Lamborghini, and he hopes to own a Lotus and a TVR along the way.
